What to Expect During Your Service

Our Carbon B Gone process combines a two-step DPF cleaning with 3,400 liters of hydrogen engine cleaning to target carbon buildup throughout the engine and emissions system.

During the service, we:

  • Perform a pre-service diagnostic scan. (Diesel)

  • Clean the DPF using our advanced two-step chemical process.

  • Introduce 3,400 liters of hydrogen through the engine intake to help reduce carbon deposits.

  • Help clean carbon buildup in the turbocharger, EGR valve, EGR cooler, intake system, and engine valves.

  • Perform a post-service scan to verify system operation.

Most services are completed in approximately one day by appointment.

Hydrogen engine carbon cleaning is a preventive maintenance service. It cannot repair a catalytic converter or DPF that is damaged, cracked, melted, or has otherwise failed. If a component is already damaged, replacement or additional repairs may be necessary.

Our gasoline hydrogen engine carbon cleaning service helps reduce carbon buildup inside gasoline engines using a safe, non-invasive process.

The service includes:

Gasoline treatment pricing is based on the number of catalytic converters and their configuration within the vehicle's exhaust system. Vehicles with multiple catalytic converters or more complex exhaust configurations may be subject to additional charge of $199.00 per catalytic converter.

What Is Hydrogen Engine Carbon Cleaning?

Hydrogen engine carbon cleaning is a preventive maintenance service that helps reduce carbon deposits that naturally build up inside gasoline and diesel engines.

During the process, hydrogen gas is introduced through the engine's air intake while the engine is running. The hydrogen helps loosen carbon deposits, allowing them to exit through the exhaust system without engine disassembly.

Results vary based on engine condition, maintenance history, and operating conditions. This service is intended for preventive maintenance and is not a repair for mechanical or component failures.
